To design a new aquatic facility to replace an aging municipal pool, meeting tight budget and schedule constraints. The new facility – including an Olympic-size pool, two 25-meter practice pools, a diving well, play pool, snack bar, and locker room facilities -- was designed to fit the same location as the old single pool, which required complex space programming.

Manous Design provided comprehensive architectural and structural and civil engineering services plus interior, landscape and lighting design. Manous Design managed all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering services.
