Lebanon Wilson County Chamber of Commerce
Office renovation and Board Room addition
Historic restoration of The Mitchell House, circa 1910 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The Mitchell House serves as the national corporate office of Cracker Barrel, which has 550 locations in United States
THE CHALLENGE
Built in 1910, two of the historic buildings in the south east quad needed to be co-joined to create a modern functional business office to support the bustling Lebanon Wilson County community. The exteriors were given a face lift with an eye toward the use of historic colors, architectural lighting and appropriately scaled signage. The interiors were stripped of there 60’s interiors and left exposed to enhance the historic nature of the structure.
