THE CHALLENGE
firestationDfirestationn a facility wFire Stationinterior provides optimal functional space for fire and EMT services and equipment, while offering comfort and privacy to the women and men who staff the facility 24 hours a day, working 24 hour shifts. Located adjacent to a residential community, the exterior appearance of the station needed to be compatible with surrounding structures and acceptable to area residents.
Manous Design provided comprehensive architectural and structural and civil engineering services plus interior, landscape and lighting design. Manous Design managed all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering services.
