Multi-phase 61 bed senior living facility with memory care unit
THE CHALLENGE
The Pavilion Assisted Living is the second component of what is conceived as comprehensive senior living community with varying levels of care from independent living to skilled nursing and rehabilitation. The building is arranged around two interior courtyards with every resident room having a secure, screened in porch. The overall concept is to give the residence the feeling of connection with the outside world. The entire building is flooded with natural light, further enhancing the hospitality-like atmosphere of the building.
